Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 203333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 610000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
(1). The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Construction Works as Prime Contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years.
(2). The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature works or related simillar works successfully completed within the last 5 years of a value of at least Tk.1300.00 Lac in a single tender in Government/Semi- Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
(3).The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.800.00 Lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of Unconditional liquid Asset Must be in the in form of letter of Commitment of Bank in the favour Work.
(4). The required average annual construction turnover shall be minimum Tk. 4700.00 Lac over the last 5 years. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting document.
(5). The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 1800.00 Lac.
(6). The Tenderer must have Up to date ABC Category Contractor & Supervisory License from the Electric Licensing Board of Bangladesh Government.
(7).The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate.
