Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 83333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 250000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 83333 ~ 250000.
Eligibility criteria:
During the Submission of the Tender, The following documents should be provided-
General experience: - The tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services. For more details please see the Tender Data sheet (TDS) & Particular Conditions of Contract (PCC).
Specific experience:- The tenderer shall have minimum specific experience in the supply of Office Equipment and Spare Parts, etc. to Govt./ semi Govt./ autonomous or other organizations of at least one contract completed within the last 03 (Three) years. Notification of Award (NOA), work orders are not acceptable as specific experience. Any ongoing or unfinished supply agreement of Supply of Office Equipment, etc will not be accepted as a specific experience.
Financial Capacity: - The minimum capacity of liquid assets i.e., working capital is BDT: 70000/- (SEVENTY THOUSAND Taka Only).
Other Instructions: -
The tenderer must also have an Update Income Tax certificate (2023-2024), Trade License (2023-2024) and VAT/BIN Registration certificate.
Any false, forged, and misleading documents furnished by the Tenderer shall result in rejection of the tender and treated as fraudulent practice & will be debarred by this PE.
Authorization Letter in a proper way.
Any tenderer failing to upload any required document being asked to do so in the TDS & PCC will not be accepted for evaluation.
