Eligibility criteria:
As Per TDS & The Bidder should have following eligibility Criteria:
1. Large Piped Water Supply Scheme will be implemented by the selection of BO (Build-Operate) Firm/Contractor.
2. The awarded BO Firm/Contractor will be fully responsible for ensuring sustainable Operation & Maintenance (O&M) for initial 05(five) years after completion of physical works with successfull comissioning & trial run of the scheme. For This Purpose, a quadripartite agreement has to be furnished along with the submission of a security bond amounting to 05% of the contract value of the scheme in the form of a Pay Order/Bank Guarantee in favor of the relevant Executive Engineer before submission of the final bill. The security bond will be released after successfull Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of the initial 05(five) years
