2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 1800000.00 under 1 of contract(s) over a period of last 5 years shall be required.
3. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset Tk 1500000.00 must be authenticated by bank statement or in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work.
4. Copy of the up to date Income TAX (TIN) payment certificate.
5. Copy of the up to date VAT (BIN) Registration Certificate.
6. Copy of the up to date Trade License.
7. Copy of National ID card.
8. Tenderer must be submit BOQ item wise sample (physically) during tender submission at the Division Office, Sundarbana East Forest Division, Bagerhat and he must be qualified in the technical evaluation as per specification describe in BOQ..
