Brief Description of Package: Construction of Large Piped Water Supply Scheme by installing production tube well of 250 x 150 mm with submersible pumps, water distribution network of HDPE pipe and fittings, with 350 nos. house connection, construction of overhead water tank of 100m3 capacity and Arsenic & Iron Removal Plant of 25 m3/hr (as required) for each scheme at Roumari, Rajarhat and Fulbari Upazila in Kurigram District under Rural Water, Sanitation and Hygiene for Human Capital Development Project of DPHE. FY 2023-24.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 150000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 450000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 150000000 ~ 450000000.
Eligibility criteria:
All tenderers in Bangladesh registered in National e-GP System, who fulfills the qualification criteria as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.
Note:
a. Large Piped Water Supply Schemes will be implemented by the selection of BO (Build-Operate) Firm/ Contractor.
b. The awarded BO Contractor/Firm will be fully responsible for ensuring sustainable Operation and maintenance (O&M) for initial 05 (five) years after completion of physical works with successful commissioning & trial run of the scheme. For this purpose, a quadripartite agreement has to be furnished along with the submission of a security bond amounting to 05% of the contract value of the scheme in the form of a Pay Order/ Bank Guarantee in favor of the relevant Executive Engineer before submission of the final bill. The Pay Order/ Bank Guarantee will be released after successful Operation and maintenance (O&M) of the initial 05 (five) years.
c. It is mandatory for all interested bidders/ Representatives along with JV partners/ Representatives to participate in the Pre-tender meeting through the e'GP system to have a better understanding of the implementation modality of the scheme.
