Eligibility criteria:
a. Contractor's  Upto date Trade License, NID card photo copy, Upto date Blue Book photo copy, Upto date VAT certificate, Upto date TIN certificate and other's related document (if any) must submit with Tender in e-GP system.
b. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years; counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
c. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Management Contractor in similar construction works having (A) RCC Road = BDT 6,00,000,00.00 (Six Crore) and (B) BC Road =BDT 5,00,000,00.00 (Five crore) Total BDT 11,00,000,00.00 (Eleven Crore) successfully completed in maximum 01 (One) contract within the last 5 (Five) years.
d. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 22,00,000,00.00 (BDT Twenty Two Crore) over the last 5 (Five) years.
e. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 5,00,000,00.00 (BDT Five Crone).
