Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer must be bonafide local agents of international jobber/publisher/book distributor who have records of work in Bangladesh.
The local agents of the international jobber/publisher/distributor must have following documents, which are to be submitted along with tender:
Agreement with jobber/publisher/book distributor
Bangladesh Bank permission /LCA copy
TIN Certificate
Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate/latest Tax Assessment Certificate
VAT certificate
Trade license
Up-to-date bill of entry from the Customs of Bangladesh
Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
Bill would be paid in local currency.
No service charge in any form will be entertained for supplying the books.
All payments would be made after receipt of books.
The tenderer needs to supply at least 80% amount of contract value of the ordered books. If the tenderer fails to do so, the tenderer will be debarred from submitting tenders in the future.

FAILURE TO SUBMIT ANY REQUIRED DOCUMENT IN ON-LINE MODE (e-GP) WILL MAKE THE BIDDER NON-RESPONSIVE STRAIGHTWAY.
