Brief Description of Package: 1.The Tenderer must be a Bangladeshi citizen having a valid and up-to-date trade license,TIN & VAT Return certificate
2.The Tenderer must have 05 years experience of supply works(similar) of scientific/Laboratory equipments of Tk 4(FOUR) crore.
3.The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 4.00 Crore (This will be given by the proper format).
4.The Tenderer must have bank solvency of minimum 3 (Three) Crore.
5.The Tenderer should produce valid documents (hard copy & soft version) from the Principal Supplier about the equipments origin of production.
6.The Tenderer must have Import Registration & ISO Certificates and also Manufactururer's/Distributor's/Foreign Supplier's Authorization Letter must be submitted.
7.The Tenderer must assure about the after Sales repair and maintenance with valid spares from the Principal for 01 year warranty period free of cost and next 10 years with reasonable payment.
8.The Tenderer must provide LC and port of shipment documents of equipment according to their country of origin.
9.Equipments to be matching with Technical specifications or model or equivalent in technical and other standard asked for and Sample of Computer and its related item must be submitted during evaluation of the Tender which will be verified by the Tender Evaluation Committee.
10. The Tenderer must submit the Offered Goods Brand,Model & details technical Specification otherwise it could be non responsive.
