* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 25000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.
ii) The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 40.00 (Forty) Lac. (Must be submitted in the Form PW2a-3 from any scheduled bank, otherwise tender may be considered as non responsive)
iii) The satisfactory completion of a construction work of minimum 60 (Sixty) lac under single contract in the last 5(five) of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
iv)Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:
a) PWD enlistment certificate
b) Up to date income tax clearance certificate.
c) Up to date Trade license.
d) Up to date VAT registration certificate
e) Up to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
