Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and Related Service as supplier shall be 5 (five) years.
b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in Supplying and installation of Instrument for TURP with Accessories (High-Tech Medical Equipment) at least 01 (one) contract (s) successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least BDT 6.20 (Six Lac Twenty Thousand ) in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous body /Private Organization of Bangladesh.
c) The Tenderer must have minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/ Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PG3-8 in original form) of BDT 7.12 (Seven Lac Twelve Thousand ) Other formats/documents are not acceptable.
d) Manufacturer's Authorization Letter (e-PG3-5) from lift manufacturer must be submitted. (e-PG3-5 form attached in section-6)
e) Sole Agent/Distributorship certificate from manufacturer must be submitted.
f) Market Catalogue & Technical specification must be submitted.
g) OthersTerms and conditions must be fulfilled (attached in section-6)
h) The intending renderers must have enclosed VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate, up-to date Trade License,up to date valid import License, Audit Repot past 3 Years, Litigation current with past 3 years ,Import Regestration Certicate (IRC),Written Signatory Authurisation
i) All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Section-6 of e-tender documents must be fulfilled.
