Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer shall have the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the TDS & PCC.
a) The minimum general experience of the tenderer in the supply of goods and related services shall be minimum 05 (Five) years at Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization.
b) The minimum specific experience of tenderer in supply of similar goods of at least 1 (one) contract with a value of at least Tk. 55.00(Fifty Five) lac at any Government/ Semi-Government/ autonomous body successfully completed in a financial year within the last 5 (Five) years.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 55.50(Fifty Five Point Five Zero) lac.
d) Up-to-date Trade License.
e) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
f) VAT Registration Certificate.
g) Manufacturer Authorization letter is required
h) Warranty letter
