Tender Document Price: Tk. 2000; Tender Security: 200000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6666666 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1)Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services for MGVPS work.
2) The tenderer shall have the construction experience of satisfactory completion of the MGVPS work of a minimum BDT. 55.00(Fifty Five) Lakh under a single number of contracts in the last 05 of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. For works done under PWD, the certifying authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. For works done under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Body the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer & the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
3) Minimum avg. annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 185.00(one hundred and eighty Five) Lac, supported by payment certificates during last 05 years.
4) Minimum Liquid assets/credit facilitiy of Tk.45.00(Forty Five) Lac. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh as specified in the PW3-7 format , without any alteration, issued not earlier than the publication date of this IFT.
5) Minimum Tender Capacity of 65.00 (Sixty Five) Lac.
7) The Tenderer shall submit World Bank Anti-corruption guideline and sanction framework, Commitment with the EIA & Mitigation measures of Covid-19 AF Project uploaded in Section:8 (Particular Specifications) of Tender Document.Other requirements are mentioned in Tender Document
8) The tenderer shall have to follow the Special Terms & Conditions for Medical Gas and Vacuum Pipe Line System (MGVPS) Works of Sub-head-11 of PWD SoR 2022 that has been uploaded in Section:8 (Particular Specifications)
