The following instructions and attached specifications will be included in the tender schedule:
The Contractor will provide Waste Baskets and Non-Motorized Vehicle’s(van) as per design, schedule specification & estimate to Paurashava office concerned authority. As per design, specification & estimate, the Paurashava office & Consultants will receive Waste Baskets and Non-Motorized Vehicle’s(van) from the Contractor.
The contractor will supply Waste Baskets at his own arrangement to Government organizations, Semi-government organizations, Autonomous organizations, Market, Park, Stands, different important places, etc., which quantity is decided at the Paurashava TLCC (Town Level Coordination Committee) meeting/Paurashava Authority.
Waste Basket’s receiving certificate will be collected from supplied organization/authority head or competent representative with countersign of concerned Paurashava Office & Consultants which is necessary for bill purposes

* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
