Note: The tender will be evaluated in framework contract agreement as per PPR 2006 and 2008. .

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Latest Trade License and Income Tax Certicate and VAT Cartificate
b) Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 years experience in supplying computer goods and accessories with related services.
c) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum BDT. 34 lac under maximum 01 contract in the last year as well as minimum BDT. 38 lac under maximum 02 different contracts in the last 3 years . i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
d) ISO 2022 cerificate will be given preference
e) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) commitments is Tk. 32 lac.
