* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 533333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1600000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1) Updated Trade license.
2) The tenderer shall have general working experience of at least 5(five) years.
3) A satisfactory completion of similar works i.e metal structure maintenance & painting or Transmission line maintenance & painting or sub-station/ Transmission line equipment maintenance & painting work order value of minimum Tk 4.0 (four) lac under minimum 1 (one) contracts over a period of last 5 (five) years.
4) The average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 10(ten) lac in the best 3(three) years last 5(five) years.
5) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 5(five) lac.
6) The work shall have to be completed by 90 (ninety) days .
