Brief Description of Package: Construction of Soil Retaining structure under different Upazilas of Natore district.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 1000; Tender Security: 60000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Any individuals or Enlisted farms of BMDA & other Govt./semi Govt./Autonomous organization of similar works who fulfill the qualifications criteria stipulated in the TDS, PCC, other conditions of the tender documents and having updated valid trade license, VAT & updated income tax clearance certificate etc.
2. Satisfactory completion of similar (bridge, culvert, building, other RCC structure etc.) works of at least TK. 16.00 lakh under single contract over a period of last 5 years.
3. The annual average construction turnover shall be 12.00 lakh over the last 5 years.
4. The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets)/credit facilities will be 12.00 lakh as tender document.
5. Tenderer whose earlier any similar work is/was not completed in right time according to work order will not be considered for acceptance after evaluation.
6. Tenderer who has submitted false/fake document/certificate in earlier and this tender in EIND Project, will not be considered for evaluation in this tender.
7. Experience certificate issued below Executive Engineer or equivalent officer will not be accepted for evaluation.
In all cases the terms and conditions of TDS & PCC will be followed.
