Eligibility criteria:
Eligible contractors shall have:
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (One) contract of Building construction or modernization including Civil, Sanitary, Interior Works etc. with a value of at least Tk. 70,00,00,000/= (BDT Seventy Crore) only successfully completed in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last 5 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 100,00,00,000/= (BDT One Hundred Crore) Only over the last five (5) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 25,00,00,000/= (BDT Twenty Five Crore) Only.
5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 75,00,00,000/= (BDT Seventy Five Crore) Only.
6. The tenderer shall submit updated income tax clearance certificate,VAT registration certificate,Trade licence, ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board.
7. Tenderer are requested to go through all Instructions, sample papers and drawings attached in General Specifications (Section-7), Particular Specification (Section-8) accordingly.
