Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2166666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderers who failed to start/failed to complete the awarded work within stipulated time in EED without any reasonable cause are not eligible to participate according to Prime Minister Gazette.
2. Specific experience of successful completion in Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 60-KVA Diesel Generator of minimum Value 20 Lac Taka in single agreement in any Govt./Semi govt./autonomous/private organization within last 5 (five) years (from the date of IFT).
3. Certificate of specific work experience obtained from organization other than EED/PWD should be authenticated by Asstt. Engineer (EED) of Concerned District.
4. Valid manufacturer’s authorization letter for the proposed brand of Generator.
5. Valid Agency ship certificate for the proposed brand of Generator.
6. Submitted valid document in reply of any others terms and conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of this Tender.
7. If the proposed Generator brand by the bidder which is other than the brand mentioned the tender documents, if is the not acceptable by TEC Committee during the evaluation will be considered non-responsive, in this regard decision of the TEC Committee will be considered final.
8. If Rate quote found Excessive Less or above than the estimated price in this regard decision of the TEC Committee will be considered final.
9. Up to dated ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
10. Tenderer must submit Authorization Letter. (Mention Tender Id & Works Name in Farm Pad)
11. The amount of Performance Security shall be 5-25 percent of the Contract Price.
