Brief Description of Package: Supply and Installation of fourteen (14) set of Computer and Accessories with fourteen (14) Printer, fourteen (14) Scanner and fourteen (14) UPS.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1000000 ~ 3000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer have to Submitted Up to date Trade License, up to date Tax Clearance Certificate with TIN number, Valid VAT Registration Certificate, Import Registration Certificate.
2. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (five) years.
3. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 03 (three) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years, each with a value of at least Tk 10 (ten) lac. Products and providing related services will be acceptable as specific experience
4. Original Catalogue must be submitted by the bidder as per Technical Specification.
5. The Tenderer have to submit last 3 years audit report.
6. Bank Solvency (After Tender Published Date) Certificate from schedule bank.
7. Updated ISO Certificatefor supplier’s ISO 11064-4:2013, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, ISO 20000-1:2018 and Product Manufacturer’s ISO.
8. Must have Distributorship Certificate from OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)
9. Must have submitted Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter from OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)(Only OEM Authorization should be accepted, no local authorization will be accepted)
10. The Tenderer must have own Divisional Office (with trade licence) controlled by Headquarters to ensure smooth after sales services.
11. Any Others Relevant document.
