Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 166666 ~ 500000.
Eligibility criteria:
01. Satisfactory completion of earthing work worth at least Tk. 1,00,000.00 (Taka one lakh only ) under single contract over a period of last three (03) years shall be required.
02. The required average annual turnover shall be greater than at least Tk. 2,00,000.00 (Taka Two lakh only) over the last two (02) years supported by work completion certificate.
03. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1,00,000.00 (Taka One lakh) only which shall be supported by bank statement/ bank solvency certificate/Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit .
04. No Joint venture of JVCA will be accepted for this tender.
05. The Tenderer must have legal capacity to entrer into the Contract.
06. The Tenderer must have an Electrical License with ABC & Electrical Supervisory License with ABC.
07. All tenderers having up-to-date trade license, VAT registration certificate, income tax payment certificate, bank solvency certificate may submit their tenders through e-GP system.
08.All other terms, conditions and decisions will be vested on the discreation of the procuring entity.
