Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 533333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1600000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 533333 ~ 1600000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) Update trade license.
2) The tenderer shall have general working experience of at least 5(five) years.
3) A satisfactory completion of similar works i.e Change and Replacing 132kV or 230kV Busbar conductor & loop conductor at 230/132 or 132/33 kV Grid Sub-station or 230kV Sub-station or 132 kV Sub-satation switchgear errection, fitting / fixing / maintenance. Work order value of minimum Tk.4.0 (four) lac under minimum 1 (one) contracts over a period of last 5 (five) years in PGCB or goverment owned electrical organization or company.
4) The average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.8.0 (eight) lac in the 5 (five) years.
5) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 6.0 (six) lac.
6) The work shall have to be completed within 40 (forty) days or in schedule shout down period.
