Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 24000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8000000 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in Medical gas system works.
2) Tenderer shall have experience in successfully completion of at least 1(one) number Medical gas system work worth not less than Tk 60.00 Lakh (Sixty Lakh) only in a single work order in Government / Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
3)The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last 5(five) years Tk.100.00 Lakh (One Hundred Lakh). Supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender. Payment Certificates must be submitted as Turnover.
4) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk.60.00 Lakh (Sixty Lakh). Supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any scheduled bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW2a-3) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will result the tender non-responsive.
5) The Tenderer must enclose with tender updated valid VAT Registration certificate, updated Tax Clearance certificate, updated Trade license and updated ABC/BC/C & Supervisory license issued by the Electrical Licensing Board of Bangladesh.
6) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet of tender documents.
7) If total Value of any tender is more than 10% less or more than 10% above than the official cost estimate, the tender will be non-responsive.
8) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk.70.00 (Seventy) Lakh Only.
9) All other terms and Conditions as stated in the PPR/2008 will remain valid.
