c) The Tenderer will have to submit up to date (a) Income Tax Clearance Certificate , (b) TINCertificate, (c) Valid Trade License, (d) VAT RegistrationCertificate.
d) The Tenderer will have to submit Certificate of Liquid Asset /Working Capital/Credit Facilityindicating the minimum amount of BDT 6 Lac only within selling Tender Document and dropping date.
e) The Tenderer will have to submit Actual Manufacturer Athorization Letter (if any/as per Specification).
