Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 14000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 42000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 14000000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) 2. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of lift and related services as supplier shall be 5 (five) years. 3. Having specific experience as a supplier in supply of Lift in a single contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years in Government /Semi Government/private organization with a value of at least Tk 125.00 Lac. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP. Any documents other than Work Completion/ Supply certificate will be rejected.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Supplier shall be Tk. 135.00 lac . If supplier submits liquid asset document, s/he must declare a statement overthrough bank that tenderer will expends that liquid asset for the execution of that particuler work (Name of the work). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in e-GP(PG3-8). 5. )The Tenderer must enclose with Tender i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.ii) Up-to-date trade license.iii) Up-to-date VAT registration.iv) Up-to-date minimum BC category contractory and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.v) Manufacturer's authorization letter.(e-PG3-5).vi) Attested copy of documents mentioned in Sl. No. i, ii , iii, iv and original copy of Sl.No. v to be submitted. Manufacturer's authorization letter (e-PG3-5) only from sole agent for LIFT.
