Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of General experience of the Tenderer in the Similar works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be Five (05) years.
2. Specific experience of successful completion in Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of lift minimum value Tk. Thirty Six (36.00) Lac in single agreement in any govt./semi-govt./autonomous/private organization within last five (5) years (from the date of IFT) for single lift [for Tenders where the package contains more than one (1) lift, this amount will be multiplied by the number of lift mentioned in the designated package]
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit lines(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. Forty One (41.00) Lac for single lift as per STD format of this tender. [for Tenders where the package contains more than one (1) lift, this amount will be multiplied by the number of lift mentioned in the designated package]
4. According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt : 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
5. The Provisions laid down in the "PPA – 2006 & PPR – 2008 including latest all amendment" and STD will be followed.
6. Satisfying other criteria laid down in TDS.
7. If the proposed Lift brand by the bidder which is other than the brand mentioned in the tender documents, if it is not acceptable by TEC Committee during the evaluation will be considered non-responsive, in this regard decision of the TEC committee will be considered final.
8. If Rate quote found Excessive Less or Above than the estimated price in this regard decision of the TEC Committee will be considered final.
