3. Tenderers must have liquid asset amounting TK 4.00 Lakh in the form of PG2-5.

6. BIN/VAT Certificate
7. Sample must be approved by procuring entity before delivery of goods. If price quotation is inappropriate to the estimated rate, PE can take clarification from the tenderer.
