Eligibility criteria:
 
The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature of works successfully completed within the last five (5) years with a value of at least Tk. 27 (Twenty Seven ) Lakh.
The required average annual construction turn over shall be greater than Tk. 32 (Thirty Two) Lakh over best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or unconditional credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 27 (Twenty Seven ) Lakh.
The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 34 (Thirty Four) Lakh.
