03. The bidder shall have at least 01 (One) year successful completed contract of supplyingSimilar goods over the last 03 (Three) years having minimum value of Taka 70,000 (Taka Seventy Thousand) Only. (Work completion certificate is must)
04.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall beTk. 60,000.00 (Sixty Thousand) which shall be supported by bank statement or Bank certificates of valid credit facilities not before Tender publication Date..
05. Written confirmation authorizing the signatory of the Tenderer including National ID tosubmit the e-Tender and shall be uploaded and mapped in the tender along with e-TenderSubmission Letter.
06.Valid & up to date e-TIN with latest Income Tax Acknowledgement Receipt.
07.Valid & up to date Trade License
08.Valid & up to date VAT Registration Certificate (13 Digit)
09.Valid & up to date Bank Solvency Certificate
10. Any other terms and conditions as given in the Tender Document.
