Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.

Eligibility criteria:
A) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in Renovation, construction & Interior works.
B) Experience: Having experience in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of similar nature of work in Bangladesh of government/semi government/ Autonomous organization during last 5 (Five) years of Tk. 5.00 (Five) lac for Package-BH-01 in a single work-order and shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned department/organization.
C) Turn over: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over during last 03 (Three) years Tk 50.00 (Fifty) lac for Package-BH-01. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system. Turn over must be authenticated by NBR.
D) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) & or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 10.50 (Ten lac fifty thousand) for Package-BH-01 only supported by Bank certificate (original copy only). Bank statement will be counted upto 30 (Thirty) days before, from the date of opening tender.
E) Tender capacity: Must have minimum tender capacity of not less than his/her tender price.
F) The tenderer must possess:
(i) Up to date income tax clearance certificate
(ii) Valid Vat Registration certificate
(iii) Up to date trade license
(iv) Bank Solvancy Certificate.
G) Other required eligibility of conditions of the tender are shown in tender data sheet of tender documents.
H) JVCA is not allowed
