Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. General experience of five (05) years
2. Valid trade license (FY 2023-24)
3. Valid tax clearance certificate (FY- 2021-22, Tax year-2022-23) with acknowledgement Slip.
4. Valid VAT, TIN certificate & NID Cards (clear & clean copy).
5. Up to dated ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
6. Certificate of specific work experience obtained from organization other than EED/PWD should be authenticated by Asstt. Engineer (EED) of concerned district.
7. Liquid asset of not less than 18.00 Lac Taka as bank’s (any scheduled bank) credit commitment as per STD format of this tender. In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer, the tenderer shall instruct to the concerned bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation.
8. Valid manufacturer’s authorization letter for the proposed brand.
9. Valid Agency ship certificate for the proposed brand.
10. Submitted valid document in reply of any other terms and conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of this tender
11. The tenderer bearing any litigation history in implementation of any public works will not be participatory in the tender.
12. If the tender price is found to be too high or too low (Front Loading) than the estimated price, the decision of the TEC Committee will be considered final, no objection will be accepted.
13. If the proposed Generator brand by the bidder which is other than the mentioned brand in the tender documents, if it is not acceptable by TEC Committee during the evaluation will be considered non-responsive, in this regard decision of the TEC Committee will be considered final.
