Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1666666 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
(a) The Tenderer shall be the manufacturer/ Supplier. The Manufacturer/Supplier shall have a minimum of 5 years overall experience in manufacturing/suppling of similar goods . A supplier must have the authorization of the manufacturer. In both cases certificate should be enclosed issued by an officer, not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
(b) The Tenderer shall have updated i) Trade license, ii) VAT, TIN, and BIN registration Certificate, Financial Solvency certificate copies of this paper must be enclosed with the tender. others terms and conditions specified at ITT, TDS, PCC, and annexures in the Tender Document.
(c) Tenderer shall submit a sample of goods(250 mm Outer dia Double-Faced Riser Valve) in BMDA,Rangpur Regional Store before submission of the tender recipe of the sample submission shall attach the tender document.
All exprience certificate to be submitted as per prescribed formet of PPR -2008 ( As per Attachment) in any government/semi-government/autonomous organizations and Years counting backward form date of publicaiton of IFT in the e-GP system
