Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer as prime contractor in construction works shall be 05 (Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a tenderer at least 1(one) number contract of similar nature successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk.200.00(Two Hundred ) lakh only in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.
3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk.200.00(Two Hundred ) lakh only within the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4.The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e.working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PW2a-3 (in original form) of Tk.280.00(Two Hundred and Eighty) Lakh.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be of Tk.220.00(Two Hundred and Twenty ) lakh only.To calculate minimum tender capacity the tenderer must submit list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as e-PW2-3(B) format under any public sector for the year in which maximum value of works performed within last 5 (Five) years from tender publication date.
6. Up-to-date trade and VAT registration certificate, income TAX clearance certificate and ABC/BC and supervisory licenses.
7.All other documents must be fullfilled which is included in section-2 and section-4
