2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk [15 lakh] over the last [03 (three)] years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk [20 lakh]
4. The minimum capacity shall be: 20 lakh
