Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4500000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature of works successfully completed within the last five (5) years with a value of at least Tk. 10 (Ten ) Lakh.
The required average annual construction turn over shall be greater than Tk. 17 (Seventeen) Lakh over best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or unconditional credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 10 (Ten ) Lakh.
The minimum capacity shall be Tk 14 (Fourteen) Lakh.
