Eligibility criteria:
(a) General experience :-
Reputed Contractors/ Construction Firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in repair/renovation/construction works of RCC Residential/Non Residential Buidling, roads, boundary wall, drain etc.
(b) Specific experience:-
A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 11.9 (Eleven point nine) Lac under 01 (One) no. of contract(s) over a period of 05 (Five) years shall be required.
(c) Minimum average annual construction turn over :-
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 11.9 (Eleven point nine) Lac over the last 05 (Five) years. Only Payment certificate issued by competent authority shall be accepted as proof of turnover.
(d) Tender capacity: -
The minimum capacity shall be: TK. 12.75 (Twelve point seven five) Lac.
(e) Liquid asset requirement: -
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 4.25 (Four point two five) Lac.
(f) All other qualification criteria will be as per TDS and ITT included in this tender.
