Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 400000 ~ 1200000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of the general experience of the Tenderer shall be 5 (five) years.
2. A satisfactory completion of a similar supply of Chemicals of at least BDT 3 (Three) lakh under one single contract over the last 7 (Seven) years.
3. The tenderer must submit the original catalog of the chemicals written in the BOQ during supplying of the chemicals.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 4 (Four) lakh.
5. Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate & Nationality certificate must be attached.
Failure to submit any one document mentioned above will cause Rejection or Non- Responsive of the tender.
