Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 32500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10833333 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be (05) Five years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction works of at Least (1) One contract(s) of similar nature of Building Construction Works from Education Engineering Department(EED) of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years in a single work order of minimum value at least Tk. 100.00 lakh.
c) The required average annual construction turnover must be Tk. 200.00 Lakh or more during the last (05) Five years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT)
d) The tenderer must have minimum liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) TK. 100.00 Lac, substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh as specified in the format (Form PW2a-3), without alteration, issued not earlier than 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the day of the orginal deadline for submission of Tenders.
e) According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt : 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice. Accoring to Letter Memo No : 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-259; Dated: 03.10.2019 from Office of The Prime Minister and CPTU Letter Memo No : 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202; Date : 10.10.2019. No Tenderer will be awarded more than 2 (two) Packages on the current notice.
f) The tenderer must have to submit up to Date EED License, valid trade license, VAT Registration certificate and Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
