Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 13000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 13000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer shall have:
a) General experience of three (03)years.
b) Up to date trade license, tax clearance certificate, VAT & TIN certificate .
c) Up to date ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
d) Specific experience of successful completion in supply, installation, testing & commissioning of lift of minimum value 36.00 Lac in a single agreement in any Govt. /semi govt./ autonomous/private organization within last five years (from the date of IFT) for single lift for Tenders where the package contains more than one (1) lifl, this amount will be multiplied by the number of lift mentioned in the designated package
e) Certificate of specific work experience obtained from organization other than EED should be authenticated by the Assistant Engineer (Electrical), EED of that concerned district.
f) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be 41.00 Lac for single lift as per STD format of this tender. for Tenders where the package contains more than one (1) lift, this amount will be multiplied by the number of lift mentioned in the designated package
g) Valid Agency ship certificate for the proposed lift.
h) Submit valid document in reply of any other terms and conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of this tender.
i) If the proposed Lift brand by the bidder which is other than the brand mentioned in the tender documents, if it is not acceptable by TEC Committee during the evaluation will be considered non-responsive, in this regard decision of the TEC Committee will be considered final.
j) If Rate quote found Excessive Less or above than the estimated price in this regard decision of the TEC Committee will be considered final.
