Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 18000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 54000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 18000000 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5(five) years of general experience in similar nature of works.
2) The tendere must be submitted enlistment as 1st class Contractor in any govt./semi govt./autonomous organization..
3) A satisfactory completion of Similar works at least Tk.1.30 (One crore thirty lac) under 1(one) of contract(s) over a period of last 5(five) years shall be required. Must be submitted work completion certificate at Government/semi Government/Autonomous organization.
4) The tenderer must have a minimum average annual turnover of Tk.1.30 (One crore thirty lac) over the last 5(five) years with year wise break up in tabuler form.
5) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful tenderer shall not be less than Tk.1.30 (One crore thirty lac) Certificate must be within 30 days up to the date of receiving the tender and supporting bank statement (original copy) to be submitted along with the tender.
6) Tenderer should submit up to date Trade Licesen, TIN certificate & Online VAT registration.
7) Tender Security & Performance Security shall be pay order/Bank draft/Bank Guarantee in favour of Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation only.
8) N:B. Others terms and condition are specified in TDS & PCC.
