Eligibility criteria:
a. Contractor’s Trade License of Bakerganj Pourashava , NID card photo copy, Blue Book photo copy, VAT certificate, TIN certificate and other’s related document (if any) must submit with Tender in e-GP system.
b. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or
Management Contractor shall be 5 years; counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper .
c.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works having (A) RCC Road = BDT 70,000,000.00 (BDT Seven Crore) and BC Road = BDT 30,000,000.00 (BDT Three Crore) successfully completed in maximum 02 (Two) contracts within the last 05 (Five) years.
 
d. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 18,000,000.00 ( BDT Eighteen Crore ) over the last 5 (Five) years.
e. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 35,000,000.00 ( BDT Three Crore Fifty Lakh )
