Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 7000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 21000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
Winning Tenderer will follow the Guidelines for Labor Intensive Public Works for LGCRRP as accordingly in the identified schemes during the implementation of the works.

a. Contractor’s Trade License of Betagi Pourashava, NID card photo copy, Blue Book photo copy and other’s related document (if any) must submit with Tender in e-GP system.
b. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 3 years; counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper .(2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023).
c. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 3 (Three) years each with a value of at least Tk. 40,00,000.00 (Forty Lakh).
d. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1,15,00,000.00 ( One Crore Fifteen Lakh ) over the last 3 (Three) years.(2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023)
e. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 19,50,000.00 ( Nineteen Lakh Fifty Thousand )
f. The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. 49,00,000.00 (Forty Nine Lakh)
