Eligibility criteria:

15.1 (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 03(Three) years.
15.1 (b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 [One number] contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 03 (Three)years, each with a value of at least Tk. 57(Fifty Seven) Lakh.
16.1 (a) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 137 lakh over the last 03(Three) years.
16. 1(b) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 23 Lakh
16.1(d) The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. 68.50 LakhNote 1: In case the value of N is less than 12 (twelve) months the value of N shall be considered as 01 (one)
