Brief Description of Package: Purchasing Electrical Equipment along with Installation.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2500000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1.The Procurement entity reserves the right to except or reject in part or whole or all tender without explanation.
2. Minimum 05 years' experience in Electrical machinery business as a registered company/ entity in Bangladesh. Should provide last 05 years Trade License
3. Should have at least 5 (Five) Work Order of supply Electrical machinery and related services for Government/Autonomous/Defense or any public Sector.
4. The minimum project value of each work order should be at least 22 (Twenty Two) lac taka in public sector.
5.Must provide last three years’ Audit Report.
6. Must have minimum amount of liquid asset in form of credit line or working capital of BDT 11 (Eleven) lac.
7. Average annual turnover for a minimum of BDT 1.65 Crore in last 3 years.
8. Bidder to certify himself that they are not blacklisted or debarred by any Govt. or defense organization within Bangladesh regarding participating in tender or not listed as a debarred in CPTU’s website.
9. Must have a valid up to date
(i) Trade License (2023-24);
(ii) Register of Joint stock Company (RJSC) Certificate;
(iii) TIN Certificate of Tax year 2021-22 (Assessment Year 2022-23);
(iv) VAT Registration Certificate;
(v) Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate
10. Must have
(i) Manufacturer authorization certificate;
(ii)Manufacturing Factory address;
(iii)European Conformity(CE)/Federal Communications Commission (FCC)/Securities Industry Regulatory Authority (SIRA)/International Organization for Standardization (ISO) or equivalent certificate.
11. No Joint venture (JV) is allowed.
12. All Product must be installed by bidder with necessary accessories.
