Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 733333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 733333 ~ 2200000.
Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer must to have -
A) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the relevant as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor of 05(Five) years.
(B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar nature of at least 1(one) contract successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 06.00(Six) Lakh.
(C) The Minimum average annual turnover of Tk. 10.00 Lakh in the last 5 (Five) years.
(D) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of Tk 5.00 Lac (FiveLakh) in case of Line of Credit, certificates must be submitted in the prescribed Form PW3-7 from any scheduled bank without any alteration.
(E) The minimum tender capacity of Tk.6.00 (Six) Lakh.
(F) Up-to date Trade License, Up-to date Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
Note: The Tenderer has to supply Qualified staffs. Qualification criteria and selection of manpower will be decided by PE and PE can reject unqualified staff any time
