2. Must have up-to-date VAT, Tax and Trade License.
3. Must have up-to-date Bank Solvency Certificate.
4. Warranty certificate should be issued in respect of applicable goods.
5. Tender submissions are not acceptable for tenderer whose performance security has been forfeited due to any work defect in this organization.
