* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 400000 ~ 1200000.

Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer should have valid Trade License, TIN with last Financial year tax return acknowledgement slip, 13 Digit BIN and Mushak Challan-6.3 as per current VAT Act., Income tax return Acknowledgement slip of last Financial Year.
The Tenderer shall have minimum 3 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
The Tenderer shall have specific experience for the supply of chemical of minimum BDT 2,50,000/- (Two Lac Fifty Thousand) under single contract in the last 3 (Three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
The Tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid assets of BDT 3,50,000 (Three Lac Fifty Thousand).
Bank Solvency Certificate.
