Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):

* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 466666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1400000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 3 years.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 2.5 Lakh under single contract over a period of 3 years shall be required.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 5 lakh over the last 3 years.
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3 lakh. Use standard format incase of line of credit.
5. Tender Capacity Tk 3.5 Lakh.
Note that (a) Boring rate must be higher with depth increase.
(b) Boring Rate must be realistic. Unreleastic low rate in Boring shall make Tenderer Non-Responsive.
