* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 533333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1600000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
1. A satisfactory completion certificate of 132kV or higher capacity Transmission line maintenanc works of at least Tk 4,00,000 under 03 Nos of contract(s) over a period of last 03 years shall be required from any Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organization.
2. A Programme & Work Schedule must be submitted for this Works within 07 days through Engineer-Incharge to PE after signing of the Contract.
3. Up-to-Date Trade License, Income Tax Certificate, VAT, TIN certificate.
4. Tender security payment must be submitted from the registered bank with e-GP system in favor of the “POWER GRID COMPANY OF BANGLADESH LTD.”
5. After Accepting NOA, Performance Security payment must be submitted from the registered bank with e-GP system in favor of the “POWER GRID COMPANY OF BANGLADESH LTD.”
