Brief Description of Package: Supply of accessory Items for Savar Upazila Model Mosque and Islamic Cultural Center under the project of Establishment of 560 Model Mosques and Islamic Cultural Centers (2nd Revised) in each District and Upazila at Savar, Dhaka.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 1000; Tender Security: 18000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 600000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1800000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 600000 ~ 1800000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum five (5) years of general experience in supplying of goods.
b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor in successful completion of at least Supplying of 1 (one) number of household goods or similar nature of Tk. 7.50 (seven point five zero) lakh in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. In case of the work done other than PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer, PWD, of that division.
c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 9.00 (nine) lakh in the prescribed formThe cash credit Amount must be unconsumed/unutilized.
d) The tenderer must posses
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up-to-date trade license.
iv) Attested copy of documents mentioned in sl. No. i, ii, iii are to be submitted.
e) Supplier's warranty certificate for commercial gas burner, shoe cleaning machine and vaccum cleaner. The period of validity of the Warranty shall be: 02 years.
f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
