Brief Description of Package: Supply of uPVC Pipes and Fittings

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 66666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 200000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 66666666 ~ 200000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1) Local manufacturer of uPVC pipe who have industrial license, Environmental clearance certificate from the directorate of environment (DOE), Five years over all production and Three years specific experience for supplying of 250mm outer dia. uPVC pipe & fittings in Govt./ Semi Govt. organization/ Autonomous organigation.
2) Factory test reports have to be submitted with the supplied goods.
3) Tenderer must have updated trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, TIN and VAT registration certificate.
4) Tenderer shall submit the sample for each item (i.e, 1 meter uPVC pipe 2 pieces, 1 piece moulded T-socket, 1 piece moulded bend, 1 piece 90° bend and 1 piece air vent) in BMDA, Rangpur Circle store before submission of tender and receipt of the sample submission have to be attached with the tender.
5) Laboratory test report (BUET/RUET/BSTI/MIST) of 250mm, SDR-65 uPVC pipe must be submitted with tender document.
6) Pre-award inspection may be conducted by BMDA nominated Inspection Committee.
All exprience certificate to be submitted as per prescribed formet of PPR -2008 ( as per anexeres-C) in any government/semi-government/autonomous organizations and Years counting backward form date of publicaiton of IFT in the e-GP system.
